Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
This fee covers handling, processing, and inspection costs.
This fee is waived if you are exchanging an item.
Incorrect Size / Change of Mind
If you have ordered the wrong size or changed your mind:
- You are responsible for return postage costs
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if you do not exchange.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
Once approved:
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
- No restocking fee will be applied
- Return postage may be covered where applicable
